The No Regrets Retreat is a 3-day experiential and development retreat that is a combination of personal development workshops/sessions and activities that will guide you along a path of self-discovery and growth, blended with mindfulness and meditation exercises. And to cap it all off be surrounded by love, community and FUN!! This is an invitation only even due to the select number of spots. We keep the retreat small in order to foster an environment of connection, peace, self-care, and personal space.

The retreat is on the beautiful island of Jamaica. MeliáBraco Village is an all-inclusive resort with private beaches. You’ll never want to say goodbye to the Caribbean.​ The resort features a private beach, beautiful sea view rooms, two swimming pools overlooking the sea, four bars, six restaurants offering a wide variety of national and international cuisine, free internet access throughout the hotel, and a Spa & Wellness Center for unwinding. Simply walk outside to feel the sun on your face on the sandy beach.

Covid Notice

With the health and safety of our clients and staff being the number 1 priority, the CTRL Alt Delete team has decided to cancel our 2020 No Regrets Retreat. The global concern regarding the coronavirus outbreak, travel concerns as well as uncertainty in the upcoming several months, we have been forced to make this unfortunate decision.

We are closely monitoring the situation and would love to gather together in community in 2021 and beyond.

Our sympathies are with those affected all around the world.
